Our Daily Bread

I’ve just been advised by the executive chef that she proposes making soup either today or tomorrow and that this will require fresh bread. That’s where my particular skill comes in to play. Now I have to consider my options – sourdough or fast yeast, plain white or part granary. Decisions, decisions! Perhaps I’ll go to the gym.

I’ll post basic bread recipe here soon and write an article on sourdough my way.
