Where do we begin? Food is one of our greatest passions, whether we’re cooking at home or dining out. Our tastes range from high-end gourmet dishes to authentic street food delights. Much of our home cooking is inspired by the flavours we’ve discovered during our travels, but we still love a classic British Sunday roast. Living in London, we’re spoiled with an incredible variety of cuisines, and we often find ourselves enjoying the rich diversity of Asian and European food right on our doorstep.

One of our long-time favourites, which we’ve perfected over the years, is a simple bread recipe. While every recipe can be tweaked to suit your personal taste, the key is to stick to the basic principles and measurements. For anyone new to baking bread, my top tip is not to worry too much about proving time. In my experience, yeast has its own way of working, so patience is key—let the yeast do its thing!
